About Sozu Labs
We build the tools we wished we had on site.
Sozu Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a software company in Kathmandu, Nepal. We make practical software for construction and hydropower projects: billing, daily progress, survey drawings and stores.
Why we exist
On most projects the real system is a folder of spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group and one engineer who knows where everything is. It works until the bill is due, the quantities do not match, and somebody spends the night finding out why.
Sozu Labs started from that desk. The first tools were built for our own billing and survey work on hydropower projects. They replaced the spreadsheets, other teams asked for them, and they became products.

How we work
- Watch the work first. We sit with the person who does the job before we draw a screen.
- Change the tool, not the team. If your storekeeper works in Excel, we read Excel.
- Nothing disappears. Edits are logged, deletions can be undone, and exports are always available.
- Small enough to answer the phone. You talk to the person who writes the code.
