What it does
BoQ progress, always current
Every entry rolls up against the Bill of Quantities, so executed quantity and remaining quantity are never a month behind.
Financial estimates and sub-contractor bills
Rates meet quantities automatically. Interim estimates and sub-contractor bills come from the same data the site entered.
Tunnel quantities built in
Excavation, support and lining are tracked by chainage, with an overlap check that catches the same metres being claimed twice.
Photos, history and a recycle bin
Progress photos sit beside the entries. Every change is logged, and deleted items can be restored.
Reports you can hand over
Daily, monthly and schedule views export to PDF, Excel or a ZIP of everything.
