What it does

01

Drop the PDF, get the table

Every slip becomes one row: date, recipe, site, cement, aggregates, water and admixtures.

02

Materials land in the right column

Plants move materials between bins. The parser reads each bin name off the slip, so 20 mm is always 20 mm.

03

Duplicates are caught

Load overlapping reports and repeated tickets are excluded, with a count of what was skipped.

04

Nothing is silently wrong

A slip that does not read cleanly is flagged on screen instead of being quietly misaligned.

05

Export what you see

Filters and column choices carry into the CSV, ready to paste into your cement reconciliation.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

1

Add the PDFs

One report or many.

2

Filter and check

By date, recipe or site.

3

Export

CSV for Excel.

See it with your own project data.
